POP UP had its first sale in September 2024, and from the beginning, I envisioned POP UP as a different kind of lemonade stand with No Artificial Anything. We've had over eleven sales, three different store variations, and each time I've learned something new and valuable.

On July 19, 2025, POP UP had its last sale before temporarily closing, and I am so grateful for each and every customer and supporter who contributed to my learning experience. Please know that POP UP is not permanently closing, and more sales are on the way with new menu items (like this cookie below!)
